Porvorim (Goa) The assembly session began at a noisy note. The opposition congress party moved adjournment motion demanding withdrawal of a circular. The circular had banned government officers from visiting houses of the MLAs. As Speaker Pramod Sawant refused to allow the adjournment motion, the opposition benches continued creating ruckus.
