NHAI APPROVES OVERBRIDGE WORTH Rs 100 CRORE AT CHIMBEL JUNCTION
PANAJI The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has given an in-principle approval to the state government for construction of an overbridge worth Rs 100 crore at Chimbel-Ribandar junction. A 200m long overbridge will be constructed on the Chimbel junction across the bypass at Old Goa passing via the Kadamba Plateau.

PRANAB NANDA TO REPLACE GOA DGP MUKTESH CHANDER
PANAJI Senior IPS officer Pranab Nanda has been appointed as new DGP of Goa, Union Ministry of Home Affairs stated in an order.
