Panaji (Goa) The first batch of three kids would undergo cochlear implant surgeries at Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC) on Saturday, under the special MOU signed with the Central government.
GMC in June had signed MOU with the Central government over the cochlear implant to the children suffering from a hearing disability.
