TNV: When and how did you begin modelling? Were you studying or working before then?
RK: Back in the year 2017 I started doing modeling I participated in the mr delhi 2017 that was the starting of my modeling career and by working really hard for almost 6 months I fortunately won the title of Mr Delhi 201, at that time I was in my college 1st year.
TNV: Why modelling when you could have settled in for a more stable permanent career?
RK: As a male model, everyone appreciated me a lot. It is my dream to become a famous male model and there’s nothing more important than following your own passion and it also makes me feel alive.
TNV:Tell me about your first assignment. if any How did it happen? What was the experience like?
RK: I was 18 years old when I participated in Mr Delhi pageant I just believed in myself and worked really hard and fortunately won the title also And that day I believed that hardwork and self belief and self-motivation can make anything possible.
TNV: What do you feel makes you a good model? Your face? Your body? Your attitude? As opposed to others?
RK: According to me and very well known personalities of the industry believes I have all these 3 qualities. And I carry all these things in a very sensible and disciplined manner.
TNV: Why Rubaru Mr India when there are so many local pageants happening?
RK: Rubaru Mr India is just not only a pageant it is the platform which gives chance to youngsters like me To prove themselves to the nation and I believe that Rubaru will definitely help me in fulfilling my dreams.
TNV: Did Mr. India just happen to you along the way – or were you preparing to take part in the pageant?
RK: To be honest I was working really hard for it from past 2 years i was working for it in every possible manner I did everything from achieving a lean muscular body to a good male model attitude and face.
TNV: Tell us about how you train for it. What is the regimen like? What are the challenges involved?
RK: I worked really hard for it just like hell I was on a low carb diet for almost 2 years and had not eaten any cheat meal to achieve a young greek god male model physique I worked out 2 times a day and the most difficult part was life was challenging me in every possible way from financial issues to unsupportive family issues but I didn’t give up and faced those challenges as a champion I worked as a gym trainer for the preparation of mr india so I can manage money for the supplements and my diet.
TNV: What makes you feel you should be the chosen one? What’s different about you as a contestant?
RK: I am very passionate and hard working regarding my dreams I can do anything for achieving my dreams I worked hard for almost 2 years to become a part of Rubaru Mr. India and people can see my hard work by themselves and I believe that i am the youngest and the toughest contestant of this yearand I faced a lot of challenges but I didn’t gave up and came up as the champion
TNV: How will winning the Mr. India pageant affect your life?
RK: By winning this wonderful pageant all my struggle and pain which I faced till now will be automatically turns into pride and reward and my family will be proud on me and the most important the nation will get to know me which can help me to fulfill all my dreams
TNV: What are your view an thought for cause camping of save girl child how you will educated to stop this in our country ?
RK: There is an urgent need to change this archaic mindset of the patriarchal indian society which views girls as liabilities. It needs to established that girls are in no way less than boys when given the right chances to nurture their talent and skill. I think that both government and non government should work to spread the message of saving and educating the girl child.
