Pradesh returning officer Pankaj Punia and district returning officer of North District Vinayak Deshmukh and Rohit Joshi have appointed block returning officers for the Congress organisational elections, of which, party electoral rolls have been published on September 12, 2017.

Meetings of block returning officers of North District and South District were held separately on September 13.

Pankaj Punia, Vinayak Deshmukh and Rohit Joshi gave the block returning officers necessary instructions and explained to them necessary procedures with respect to organisational elections.
