Panaji (Goa) Even as the people were getting ready to get to their work after the long weekend, the rains played a spoil sport. The rains which was due to the existing cyclone began early in the morning across the state.

The office-goers were seen running for the cover early in the morning across all the cities as they didn’t expect to rain. The traffic was also thrown out of gear as many preferred to travel in their four wheelers. The rains have continued during the day.
