Milind Gauns, general secretary, of  Shiv Sena has alleged that GMC has been outsourcing every business to outsiders seizing employment opportunities of Goan entrepreneurs. Gauns revealed that 7 medical stores have been shut down at GMC giving way to WELLNESS FOREVER, a company from Bangalore. He also blames  that Govt. is setting criteria for e- tendering in such a way that no Goan contractor would be eligible for the bidding. Gauns questioned that whether we could find a Goan canteen contractor with 15cr annual turnover. At a time when Goa is going through employment crisis, health minister is taking all the decisions contrary to the situation as Goan youth will be losing jobs and businesses to big players outside Goa, Gauns added.
