Union Ministry of Human Recourses Development declared the list. As per the ranking released by NIRF, Indian Institute of Science Bengaluru stood first, followed by Jawaharlal Nehru University and Banaras Hindu University. In the overall category, GU secured 98^thrank and Goa College of Pharmacy secured 37^th rank
