GOA: GSL BUILT SRI LANKAN NAVAL WARSHIP LEAVES FOR COLOMBO

VASCO (GOA): Sri Lanka Naval Ship Sayurala (P-623), the 1st advanced offshore patrol vessel built by Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) for Sri Lanka has left for Colombo from Mormugao Harbour on July 26, Wednesday.
Earlier the ship was accepted by a high level Sri Lankan Naval delegation headed by Rear Admiral SS Ranasinghe, Chief of Staff, Sri Lanka Navy on July 22 at Goa GSL. The warship will be escorted by Indian Naval Ship Sunaiyna till Colombo.
