Porvorim (Goa) Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar after taking oath as a member of legislative assembly said that he is back to the original place.

“I am back to the original place. I have already decided my  priorities as a chief minister. My priorities as MLA will start from today. The appointment of IAS officer will come after proper consultation. We want to make Panaji as a model city and that same principle will be used for other cities to be upgraded. I have already resigned as a Rajya Sabha member.”
