PANAJI (GOA): The Goa Engineering College (GEC) in association with the IEEE Student Branch – Goa Chapter will be organising an interactive forum session at its campus in Farmagudi on July 14, with industry leaders from the electronics, computer science and information technology domain. The event is being held along side-lines of the IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Summit slated to be held from July 13 to 15 at the Bogmalo Beach Resort, for which the IEEE Student Branch – Goa Chapter is an organising partner.
Senior executives from renowned multinational companies, including giants from the IT industry, are expected to visit the Goa Engineering College campus at Farmagudi to usher in a new era for industry-institute partnership.
Detailed arrangements have been made to facilitate meaningful deliberations among the guests from the industry and stakeholders from Goa Engineering College in key areas which include knowledge sharing, R&D, student placements, and faculty training apart from other strategic and mutual interests.
