Goa Management Association (GMA) organized a talk by Durguesh Pai Angle, Chairman, National Institute of Personnel Management, Goa Chapter; Head – Human Resources & CSR, Unichem Laboratories Ltd on 30th May 2017. The talk was held in association with GKB Vision Ltd at GKB Vision Conference Hall, Pilerne Industrial Estate, Goa.
Mr. Durguesh Pai Angle, who has 23 years of experience in HR and Business Excellence, spoke on the topic ‘Latest Trends in HR’. The talk was very informative and interactive as he spoke on the current scenario, the changing role of HR, organizational design, multigenerational workforce, positive characteristics of millennial, technology etc. The Chairman, GMA, Dr. Pradeep B Salgaonkar, welcomed the gathering and Mr. Yeshwant Lawande, GM – Operations, GKB Vision Ltd, Goa presented the vote of thanks.
