A delegation of the citizens of Panaji along with Panaji Block Congress committee and Girish Chodankar visited Principal Chief Engineer PWD office today to demand at least 10 hours of water supply to the people.

Several parts of Panaji city barely get two hours of water supply every day. The pressure of the water is very low.

The citizens put forth their grievances before the Chief Enginner and submitted a memorandum to him while Chodankar demanded a timeline for addressing their issues. “The PCE gave assurance that within 8 days he will call us and brief about the timeline and plan so that the people get sufficient supply of water,” said Chodankar.
