Goa police have started an inquiry across the state to find out whether 2-wheeler dealers are providing a helmet to its customers at the time of purchase.

The Central Motor Vehicles Rules makes it mandatory for 2-wheeler dealers to provide a helmet to the buyer during the time of purchase.
