BAMBOLIM (GOA): Standing in queue at OPD 12 of Goa Medical College Hospital is another nightmare for the people. “Standing in line to fill forms in a small congested area is like a torture for us,” said a person waiting in the queue.
There are different lines for ladies, gents, senior citizens and differently abled people but due to the congested space, the lines get mixed up and quarrels take place outside the counter.
“We hope the Health Minister looks into the matter and people are provided with a bigger and more comfortable space,” said a lady standing in the queue.
“It is a sad thing that people have to face such hardships along with sickness in the very place where they come for the treatment,” reacted a senior citizen.
