Porvorim (Goa) The opposition benches today created ruckus during Question Hour on the issue of House committee to investigate the affairs of Investment Promotion Board.
Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar refused to give an assurance to form the House committee following which Congress legislator Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco rushed to the well of the House. The opposition members then walked out of the House.
The question was raised by Ravi Naik who demanded to know why illogically permissions were granted to set up industries in the State. Parrikar said that review of all the projects were held and around 10 projects are being inquired into depth.
The opposition however was not happy and started creating ruckus.
