MAPUSA (GOA)

The first edition of the Sub Junior Badminton League will start on Saturday, February 24 (4pm), at Peddem Sports Complex, Peddem, Mapusa. The League which concludes on February 25 will have participation from nine teams featuring the best young shuttlers from all over Goa. There will be six teams which will face off in the qualifying rounds out of which three top placed teams will qualify in the Super 6 Group. 3 teams have been directly seeded into the Super 6. Following Teams will fight for the Champions Trophy and other prizes.

Qualifying Teams: Apex Ladder, Crystal Tradelinks KTM, R.D Raylos, Fantasy Spirits, V.S Dalvi and PBC Panthers

Super 6 Seeded Teams: ULTRACON- Margao, Mapusa Shuttlers and Nirmaan

The Badminton League, the first of its kind in the Sub Junior age group, is being organised by Goa Badminton Association in collaboration with the Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs.

Qualifying Draw Players must report at the venue on February 24 (4pm) while Super 6 Teams must report on February 25 (10am).
