Loutolim (Goa): Attack on Holy Crosses continued in Goa with two more places attacked last night in South Goa’s Loutolim village.

The Loutolim villagers woke up to the shock of finding Two Holy crosses being desecrated by miscreants.

A team of police officials which rushed to the spot which is seven kilometres away from Margao town have began the investigations.

“The incident seems to have happened during wee hours,” a senior police official said.

At least nine Holy Crosses were desecrated and a cemetery was attacked in South Goa during this month forcing police to heighten patrolling around religious places.

While Congress party had demanded that the investigation be handed over to CBI, Goa Forward Party leader Vijai Sardesai had said that local police are capable of cracking these cases.
