Panaji (Goa) State fisheries minister Vinod Palyekar would be holding dialogues with the fishermen from January onwards
The minister in the press statement issued here has said that the department will be reaching the traditional fishermen trying to know their grievances.
Palyekar will herald the series with the first dialogue at Nerul near Panaji on January 04 followed by another next day with the fishermen from Morjim in North Goa, the statement reads.
The series will be continued in South Goa with a dialogue at fishermen at Agonda on January 09. “Another dialogue is organised at Caranzalem near Panaji on January 11,” the statement adds.
