Valpoi (Goa) Health minister Vishwajit Rane today filed nomination for upcoming Valpoi by-election on BJP ticket.
Rane has said he is confident of winning the seat with comfortable majority. The state is progressing under dynamic leadership of chief minister Manohar Parrikar.
