The NGO Goencho Avaz today raised serious concern over the intervention of Madhya Pradesh police in the gang-rape case. GA has revealed that one of the three accused is a history-sheeter and is wanted by MP police in double murder and rape case in Indore. 

Goencho Avaz wants the State Govt to exercise its powers under Section 268 CRPC, to immediately pass orders to nullify any transfer warrant that may be issued by any Court in Mp under Section 267 of the CRPC Act.

The Goencho Avaz has demanded the trial of the accused only in Goa by setting up fast-track court. They have also warned to agitate if MP police is given the custody of the accused trio.
