- When and how did you begin modelling? Were you studying or working before then?
- Ans: It started last year during my first personal Photo Shoot. As I am a personal trainer, so the shoot was just for the purpose of physique check and social media marketing etc. However, after that photo shoot, I got a few companies who were interested in me as a kind of influencer for online promotion of their products and that was how my modelling journey began. Now, I am working and still studying as well.
- Why modelling when you could have settled in for a more stable permanent career?
- Ans: Yes, you are right about the fact that I could have chosen a more stable permanent career. Although, I still choose modelling as my career primarily because of my interest in this field. Secondly, the name and fame I’ll get from here is far more than I could have ever got from my permanent stable job.
- Tell me about your first assignment. If any, how did it happen? What was the experience like (make this answer as personal as possible)
- Ans: I never had any big assignment as such but my first assignment was from a clothing brand. They provided me clothingon monthly or two basis. At times, they also provided their clothing on some of their new launches and in return I had to promote them on social platform and get the shoot done in their clothing and then provide them with pictures for their future promotion.
- What do you feel makes you a good model? Your face? Your body? Your attitude? As opposed to others?
- Ans: It’s all about attitude and how you carry it. Apart from this, the face and the body always gives you a plus point.
- Why Rubaru Mr. India when there are so many local pageants that happen?
- Ans: Rubaru is more and far better than any other pageants because it is doing well not only in India but also internationally, which in comparison, no other pageants are. Moreover, our government is also supporting it, so to me, it is the most authentic, valuable and prosperous pageant than rests that happen.
- Did Mr. India just happen to you along the way – or were you preparing to take part in the pageant?
- Ans: Since that I started modeling, I always thought about participating in such an event. However, I did not get such a prosperous pageant, so when I heard about Rubaru doing such an event, I then eagerly applied for it and gave auditions. So yes, in a way I was preparing for it.
- Tell us about how you train for it. What is the regimen like? What are the challenges involved?
- Ans: It is really hard, I trained really hard for it. As I am a trainer, I had got a body structure like a body builder and therefore, I had to get lean in order to have a model like body. So, I had only 45 days of time to get in shape like a model so I started from really hard training to proper nutrition, diet, and everything. During that period of training, many challenges were involved but I pulled it through to get here, as that is what I love to do when something is challenging.
- What makes you feel that you should be the chosen one? What’s different about you as a contestant?
- Ans: As a contestant, what is different about me that makes me the chosen one is my attitude, behaviour, presenting myself, carrying myself, and my basic nature as a person.
- How will winning the Mr. India pageant will be going to affect your life?
- Ans: It will totally change my entire life; it will give me the platform for my career. It will also be the foundation brick of my career. Also, I think it will give me the name and fame, which I always desire. Furthermore, Itwill also give me the happiness of my life, which I can’t explain in words.
- What are your views and thoughts for cause camping of save the girl child, how you will educate to stop this in our country?
- Ans: People are already getting educated about this, and people are now progressing to understand the importance of a girl in their life. Although, their is still a small ratio of people which are not aware of this. Therefore, at first, I will educate them in terms of literacy through camping and then make them understand the importance of a girl child in our life and society. I think, when people are literate, more than half of the problems in the society are already gone. And whoever is left, can be made aware by camping, promoting awareness of the issues etc.
