Valpoi (Goa): Health Minister Vishwajit Rane once again proved that he is the boss of Sattari after winning 15 panchayats.

The results that were announced today saw Vishwajit-led panel capturing 15 panchayats. This is in addition to the several wards that he managed to win unopposed.

The panchayat bodies which were earlier dominated by Congress has now switched over to BJP. “This has once again proved that people of Sattari has faith in me,” Rane told TNV.

He said the panchayat bodies are not having BJP affiliations which has happened for the first time.

Rane said under the leadership of Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar, the constituency is going to witness a major development in terms of physical infrastructure and also benefits to the people.

Rane is expected to meet Parrikar on June 18 along with his panels.
