TNV: Tell us something about yourself.
ST: My name is Sanchita Talgaonkar and I consider myself to be not so ordinary 21 years old Goan Girl. I live my life my style, I follow what I believe in and I do what makes me happy .
My family and my friends are my priorities , I can say that I am blessed with the best . I am a girl with strong opinions who loves to be competitive in life . I like it when life is creative , loud and fun . I love challenges because it always brings out the best in me and I believe in being better then yesterday and working to be even better tomorrow.
TNV: What inclined you towards modelling ? Are you looking forward to it as a full-time profession?
ST: Modelling is a platform where one can best express themselves and I still remember the day when I went for a fashion show for the first time and saw those lovely girls standing tall with grace and attitude as if they own it , was something that got me excited . I never grew up dreaming to be a model but after that day something changed . I could see myself as one of those girls , walking like that , posing like that . And since then I knew that I wanted modelling to be a part of my life . And yes I am looking forward to it as a full time profession and I know that people say that one can only model to a certain age but I don’t believe in that , one can always be a part of modelling one way or the other, May be a model today but a role model tomorrow.
TNV: What was your reaction when you came to know that you were selected for Stellar Mr & Ms Goa 2020?
ST: This opportunity came out of Nowhere and I was so happy when I came to know that I will be participating in Stellar Mr & Ms Goa 2020, it was so exciting and the competitive spirit in me was lit. Also this is my first modelling platform ever so I am doing my best and presenting the best version of my self is more important than winning.
TNV: Have you participated in pageants before this?
ST: No , Stellar is my first & consider it to be my starting step and I am so glad that it is the right step.
TNV: How important winning this pageant is for you?
ST: Everyone participating in the show wants to win . Winning is important for everyone and its very important for me as I am working extra hard for the title . but I won’t be discouraged or demotivated if I don’t end up winning because for me giving the best I have is more important and I know that this is just the beginning . I am just glad to be a part of it.
TNV: Are you feeling any pressure?
ST: Yes . The pressure is on, it’s getting real now and I can’t wait for 26th .
TNV: Your biggest support in life?
ST: My family and my friends . They always believe in me and keep me motivated . I know that they will always have my back cheering me .
TNV: Any quote or saying that has profound impact on you?
ST: Work and Pray …. Think and Believe!
I always follow this in life , its small but it means a lot to those who understand.
TNV: Any message for your friends and well-wishers?
ST: Yes . I want to say thank you to all of those who has faith in me , you’ll have been my biggest support and I will be always great full to all of you and I will always be there for you’ll as because I know you’ll be there too!
