TNV: Tell us something about yourself.
SKK: My name is Shruti K.K. I am 17yrs old. I am currently pursuing my 12th std in Carmel Higher Secondary. I am also a singer by profession. My hobbies include singing, dancing, acting, travelling and spending valuable time with elderly persons.
TNV: What inclined you towards modelling? Are you looking forward to it as a full-time profession?
SKK: My mother believes in me and she feels I can utilise my skills and features to my best in modelling. This belief of hers has inclined me towards modelling. To make modelling a full time profession definitely will take time & good opportunities that come my way. The best so far has been The Stellar Show.
TNV: What was your reaction when you came to know that you were selected for Stellar Mr & Ms Goa 2020?
SKK: I was very happy and thrilled and I saw the same joy in my mom’s eyes and I am now excited to give my best.
TNV: Have you participated in pageants before this?
SKK: Yes. I have participated in Rubaru Mr and Miss Goa 2019.
TNV: How important winning this pageant is for you?
SKK: If I win the pageant it will be like taking the first leap towards modelling and a dream come true for me and my mom.
TNV: Are you feeling any pressure?
SKK: It’s not pressure but a little stress that reminds u that this is where I wanted to be & now that I am here, I need to give my best not only to compete with other participants but to do the best and justice to what I know and have learnt so far.
TNV: Your biggest support in life?
SKK: My mom.
TNV: Any quote or saying that has profound impact on you?
SKK: Always give your best shot, ‘ALWAYS’ because loosing or winning is secondary what’s important is that you truly give the best shot and that makes a difference.
TNV: Any message for your friends and well wishers?
SKK: Thank you all for the support and love that you gave and keep believing in me.
