Konkani Bhasha Mandal (KBM) in association with SCERT has organized special workshops for High school teachers regarding the 16th Shenai Goembab Kathamal (Story telling competition).

The workshop for North Goa teachers will be held on 20th July and for south Goa teachers it will be held on 21st July. The north Goa workshop will take place in the SCERT auditorium in Porvorim and for south Goa teachers it will take place at Ravindra bhavan, Margao. It will be held from 9.30am to 1.00pm.

KBM organizes this story telling competition for last 15 years. More than 4500 students participate in this prestigious competition. The organizers have realized that only few students participating in this competition get the right guidance and hence they have organized these workshops in order to assist the teachers in the preparation.

The attendance of the teachers participating in these workshops will be treated as on duty and the letters have been sent to all high schools. All the government, aided and unaided high school teachers are expected to participate in these workshops. For more details you can contact 9923442746
