PUNE: A man has been booked by Bhosari police station for allegedly filming his neighbor and his wife on mobile phone. The accused has been identified as Sachin Gorakh Ovhal of Dapodi.

The incident took place on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday. The accused was clandestinely shooting the couple on his mobile phone when they caught him. They immediately called the police and handed him over to them.

Based on complaint, the cops have booked the accused for offences under sections 354 (outraging modesty of woman) and 323 (assault) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
