MICKKY DEMANDS POSTPONEMENT OF PANCHAYAT ELECTIONS

Margao (Goa): Mickky Pacheco, Former Nuvem MLA has demanded the postponement of the Panchayat Elections given the amount of complaints regarding delimitation and reservation process.
The former Legislator came up with cases of problems in Delimitation and reservation process by the Government and has demanded that a proper study of the statistical data of the wards be made and only then the reservation be executed.
Mickky Pacheco addressed  a press conference in Margao on Thursday. He said “If the 12-13 ministers are going to interfere in the elections and do favoritism then the Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has to think whether his Government is functioning well or not. I say that the government is in doldrums” said Mickky.
Mickky also alleged that the court may also be wrong while staying process of only particular wards as he claims that they do not know that entire Goa reservation and delimitation is baseless.
