More than 350 patients turned up at the free eye check-up camp held on Sunday July 12 at the Bhagwati temple hall Parcem village, Pernem which was organized by Stuti Kumar and Khushi Gupta along with the NGO Straight From Heart and in association with Mukta Opticians.
Speaking at the occasion Shri Dayanand Sopte, MLA of Mandrem constituency emphasized the need for good overall health and regular checkups to avoid unnecessary complications and diseases, he thanked the organizers for holding the camp in his village.
The patients who have been recommended with vision correction will be provided with free spectacles and the same can be collected from the Bhagwati temple Hall on Sunday 12th August.
