Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar today skipped the morning session of the ongoing budget session of the state Assembly.

 The reason behind his absence in the morning was not mentioned, however, Speaker Pramod Sawant announced that questions listed under Parrikar’s name be postponed to the next session.
