The President of India Ram Nath Kovind today arrived in the state and addressed the 30th Annual Convocation of Goa University. President Kovind will later attend a civic reception which will be hosted by the State Government in his honour.

The President is on a two-day visit to Goa and will also be visiting the Basilica of Bom Jesus in Old Goa and Shri Mangueshi temple at Mardol on Sunday, July 8.
