Congress president Rahul Gandhi is expected to visit Goa in March to address booth-level Congress workers.
Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) president Girish Chodankar said that Rahul Gandhi will be meeting booth-level workers somewhere in the first week of March and address them about the coming Lok Sabha elections.
