‘JioInteract’ is awarded as most innovative Value Added Service

Proving its mettle once again in the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) domain, Reliance Jio is bestowed with the 9th Edition Aegis Graham Bell Award, hosted by the Government of Goa at the Entertainment Society of Goa Auditorium.

The 9th Edition Aegis Graham Bell Award is been awarded to ‘JioInteract,’ world’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI) based brand engagement platform as most innovative Value Added Service.

The award was received by Mr Umesh Durve, CEO, Maharashtra and Goa Circle, Reliance Jio, in the hands of Mr Amey Abiyankar, IT Secretary of Goa; Bhupesh Daheria, Trustee, Aegis Knowledge Trust and Sudhir Gupta and Bharat Chabharwal team juries.

The award-winning ‘JioInteract’ has features like video call centres, video catalogue, and virtual showrooms for brand engagement.

The Aegis Graham Bell Award is a platform that recognized innovators and entrepreneurs for their contribution in the ITC domain.

The award is organized in support of the Cell Operators Association of India (COAI), Telecom Centers of Excellence (TCOE), Convergence India and KPMG as Knowledge Partner.
