The Indian meteorological department has issued an advisory for the coast of Goa. There is a possibility of the sea being rough near the shore and the low lying areas with waves from 2 to 2.5 meters expected to hit the shore from 21st afternoon to the midnight on 22 April. The fishermen and the people living by the coast are asked to be cautious as well as water based recreational activities be suspended during this period.
