Known to be a close aide of CM Manohar Parrikar, Satish Dhond has been appointed as the Organising Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Goa.

Dhond will be reporting to BJP’s general secretary for Goa Vijay Puranik.

Dhond is currently holding charge of Maharashtra’s Thane and Konkan region.
