Tarcar Memorial Committee under the aegis of Tiswadi & Goa Chess Association and in collaboration with the Sports Authority of Goa will organize the “Late Shripad Vishnu Kamat Tarcar Memorial State Women’s Chess Championship 2018” at Media Hall, Athletics Stadium, Bambolim from July 20 to 22, 2018.
The tournament is Women Goa State Championship 2018 cum selection for National Team and selection of Goa Team for National Senior Women’s Chess championship 2018.
The championship inaugural round will begin on July 20 at 3 pm and on July 21 & 22, the rounds will be played from 9 am to 6 pm. There will be cash prizes and trophies for top 10 participants and special prizes to girls from Under (7, 9, 11, 13 & 15) age groups and to girls from rural schools.
