Margao (Goa): The TCP Minister Vijai Sardessai in a surprise visit of the SGPDA market and the Osia Commercial Complex in Fatorda has expressed displeasure over the degrading condition of the both the premises and eroded discipline.
The Minister observed that encroachment on pathways, SGPDA payments overdue to the extent of crores and the deplorable state in which the Osia building is. “Why not start Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan from the Osia Complex if it cant serve the Goenkaars properly?” asked TCP Minister.
The TCP Minister along with the Member Secretary of SGPDA Ashok Kumar Chairperson of Margao Babita Angle Prabhudessai and also the TCP Officials inspected the Vegetable and Fruits market of the SGPDA behind the Osia Building and also the Osia building which houses over 6 Government offices.
Vijai has warned the Osia Complex developer of stern action as it has been observed that the Goans coming here have been deprived of basic amenities.
