Ashwin Shetty, Co-Owner, and Director, The Coconut Tree Bar and Kitchen that specializes in Coastal cuisine, says, ” The Coconut Tree’s focus is mainly on creating dishes exclusively from the coastal line ensuring every patron an unprecedented seafood dining experience. Since this cuisine is close to me and my family, it inspired us to curate and bring the Goan Food Festival in Pune city. The Goan Gusto is a festival where one can come and experience the true essence of the Goan tradition through food, drinks, and music. We have a well known Band performing some foot-tapping popular Goan folklore and our menu is designed keeping in mind the specialties of the Goan cuisine with a modern twist, perfectly defining our philosophy.”
