A van carrying hotel linen for laundry suddenly caught fire at Zuari bridge today.  The driver of the vehicle noticed sparks in his car and he quickly got off the car. Within seconds, the car caught fire.

This incident occurred early morning near Zuari bridge. The incident added to the traffic jam which always happens near the Zuari bridge area. The fire brigade was stuck in traffic for a long while, till it reached the spot. 

The fire was then extinguished; none were hurt in the incident. However, the driver said that all the linen was destroyed in fire as he had no chance to unload it from the van.
