Goa Suraksha Manch (GSM) founder and former RSS chief Subhash Velingkar on Sunday said that he is prepared to enter active politics.

According to sources, it is expected that Velingkar may contest on the GSM ticket in the upcoming Assembly by-polls from Mandrem constituency where he is expected to face BJP’s probable candidate Dayanand Sopte.

In a meeting held by Bharat Mata Ki Jay organization, of which Velingkar was a part, it was unanimously decided that he may be relieved from the organization to join GSM.
