WHEN MR JUSTICE DESCENDS AT MIRAMAR BEACH FOR A CLEANUP DRIVE

Miramar (Goa): It was a rare gesture when state’s judiciary walked out of the Court halls and their chambers to contribute towards the drive to clean up Miramar beach on Thursday.

The function was organized by Goa State Legal Authority, Goa Taluka Legal Authority, Corporation of City of Panaji and Forest department.

The beach cleanliness drive was held in presence of High Court Judges Justice C V Bhadang, Justice Nutan Sardesai, Principle District and Sessions Judge Irshad Agha, Registar of Bombay High Court S C Chandan, Secretary North Goa district legal service authority Shabnam Shaikh and others.

Justice Bhadang was accompanied by his wife, Madhavi.

The students of V  M Salgaoncar College of Law were also present on the occasion.

With the onset of monsoons, the beaches of Goa are wearing dirty look evincing the need of such clean up. Team TNV salutes our judiciary for their gesture.
