WORKS AT VASCO RAILWAY STATION TO AFFECT TRAINS ALONG HUBLI DIVISION

Panaji (Goa): In what could lead to initial inconvenience to rail passengers travelling between Vasco and South Indian states, the South Western Railway – Hubballi Division has made temporary changes to the timing of a couple of trains owing to repair work of the pit line at Vasco Da Gama railway station. 
As per details shared by the railway authorities, the train number of 57641/57642 Solapur- Gadag- Solapur Passenger (DEMU) has been revised as Train No.71303 Solapur- Gadag passenger and Train No 71304 Gadag- Solapur passenger with immediate effect. 
The work from March 6, 2018 to May 29, 2018 will also affect the train services of three trains. 
Train No 56963/56964, Kulem-Vasco Da Gama-Kulem Passenger has been cancelled till May 29, 2018 while Train No. 17310, Vasco Da Gama- Yesvantpur Bi-Weekly Express will be rescheduled by 45 minutes from Vasco Da Gama on Mondays/Saturdays and Train No 17312, Vasco Da Gama – Chennai Central Weekly Express will be rescheduled by 45 minutes from Vasco Da Gama on Thursdays.
