Panaji (Goa) Delay in notifying the rules under Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), has forced Goa government to grant further extension to the builders to register their projects with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority by December 31.
This is the second extension granted by the Government.
As per the central government act, which got rolled out on May 1, all the developers, projects and agents had to get themselves registered with the authority by July 31.
